Bob's Biography :

Bob Grimsley is owner and broker-in-charge of United Country-Real Estate Consultants. He is a native of Owensboro, KY and has been in the real estate brokerage and auction business in Western Kentucky selling homes, farms, lake properties, hunting tracts and recreational property for over 32 years. Bob specializes in the sale and acquisition of income producing farms, timberland, recreational properties, livestock farms, equestrian properties, land and private estates.

Bob has sold thousands of acres and millions of dollars’ worth of land and farms over the years. He has achieved the esteemed designation awarded by the Auctioneer Marketing Institute at Indiana University as a Certified Auctioneer. Bob Grimsley has a vast knowledge of appraising and marketing land for sale, land investment analysis, land development, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, forest and wildlife management practices and computer mapping with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS).

Bob also has the advanced skills necessary to market his clients’ properties in a manner that goes above and beyond the industry standard. He is proficient in the use of professional photography and video, aerial drone technology and some of the most cutting edge software to give his clients’ properties a marketing presence that is second to none.

Along with being a licensed real estate broker, Bob is also a certified real estate auctioneer, Real Tree Land Pro, AuctionTime Equipment Representaive, and a certified real estate appraiser; with active ongoing projects in Daviess County, Ohio County, McLean County, Henderson County, Hancock County, Trigg County and Lyon County, Ky. Bob is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, National Association of Auctioneers, Certified Auctioneers Association, Pennyrile Board of Realtors and the Owensboro Board of Realtors.

while i have not technically bought the home which i was looking at, bob was wonderful. he responded to my email within 24 hours. we discussed the location and the home extensively. i am waiting on the funds to make the purchase...if the home is sold when i finally get the funds, i will contact bob to discuss other property in the area. he is friendly and knowledgeable.
